Big Idea — II Chronicles 7:14 establishes the principle that when we follow God’s call to humble ourselves, pray, seek God’s face, and turn from wicked ways, God will forgive us and heal our land. In addition to the hope for our world, returning to what God promises can lead to a breakthrough in our individual lives.

• Week 1 — Called by My Name

God will only fulfill the promises in the verse if we hold up our end of the covenant—the one we made with Him when we became His. In this lesson we will explore what makes us God’s and the responsibility that comes with being His.

• Week 2 — Humble Themselves and Pray

Prayer is the most important element of our relationship with God, and we must humble ourselves to approach God relationally.

• Week 3 — Seek My Face

God wants us to pursue genuine relationship with Him, so we should focus on living a life that pursues Jesus consistently.

• Week 4 — Turn from Their Wicked Ways

God calls us to repent, which literally means “to turn” and change directions, and not just avoid wickedness but pursue righteousness.
