One - Youth

Big Idea — Scripture reveals that Jesus is God manifest in the flesh; the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him.

• Week 1 —God’s Nature

Monotheism is the only truly biblical understanding of God. We must recognize that He is one, He is a Spirit, He is everywhere, He is perfect in all things, and He desires to have a relationship with us.

• Week 2 — God’s Name

The names of God in the Old Testament revealed His characteristics as He met the needs of His people. Zechariah prophesied that God’s name would eventually be revealed, and Jesus was the fulfillment of this prophecy. His life was a culmination of all the Old Testament titles given to God.

• Week 3 — Jesus Is God

God was manifest in the flesh as Jesus. Jesus fulfilled all prophecies of the Messiah, holds all attributes of God, and was worshiped by His followers.

• Week 4 — The Holy Ghost

The Holy Ghost (or Holy Spirit) is simply God, who is holy and is a Spirit. The Holy Ghost emphasizes an aspect of an invisible God who works among people to fill, strengthen, equip, sanctify, and comfort.
